Talisman Collections is committed to delivering you the highest quality lifestyle products. We choose to use Australia Post registered services as our delivery partner to ensure your goods arrive as quick and safely as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?


Talisman Collections accepts payments via MasterCard, Visa or direct deposit through a secure payment gateway. None of your payment details are stored ensuring that you will be happy with your transaction

How much do you charge for shipping?

Freight options and charges are calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment not withstanding weekends and public holidays, and should be received within standard Australia Post and/or courier transit schedules.

For orders inside of Australia, please use an address where you will be available for delivery. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go and pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post office.

If you are ordering from outside of Australia please be aware that Talisman Collections is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Talisman Collections is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. No responsibility is taken for delays that are out of our control.

Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Talisman Collections. When the returned merchandise is received by Talisman Collections, your card account will be credited for the merchandise only.

If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however Talisman Collections offers a 7 day money-back guarantee less shipping costs.

Talisman Collections will accept the return of goods for a refund or exchange as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging including applicable tags, boxes and dust covers. All items must be returned in a resalable condition.

To organise a “Return of Product” simply email us at sales@talismancollections.com.au within 7 days from receipt of purchase and on receipt we will confirm with you that the item can be returned or exchanged. We will supply you with a “Return of Product” authorisation number. Please ensure you include this number, your full name, purchase method, date of purchase and whether you would like to return or exchange.

Please note that the cost of returning goods is at customer’s own expense. Exchanges and re-orders incur new freight costs.

Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Refund will be made via the original payment method, subsequent to receipt of goods and product inspection.

All returns must be sent by Registered Post. Talisman Collections is not obliged to refund any monies for goods not received for any reason.


Talisman Collections Warranties for Purchase
Talisman Collections strives to provide customers with only the highest quality lifestyle products. Warranties are specific to the manufacturer and will be included with your package should a standard warranty procedure be available.

In the rare event that products purchased through Talisman Collections are damaged through manufacturing faults, please contact us at sales@talismancollections.com.au with your name and receipt number as well as details of the fault so that we can assist you with a replacement product.

Damaged product
At Talisman Collections, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine lifestyle products. Quality checks are conducted on each item before sending to ensure that all products are free from manufacturing faults. If for any reason your products are damaged when you receive them we are more than happy to assist you with a replacement if it is available.

Please contact us at sales@talismancollections.com.au with your name and receipt number outlining the issue and we will contact you straight away to organise a replacement if available, exchange or refund on purchase price.
