• When not in use always store in the dust cover provided

• When storing, stuff the bag with plain paper/tissue to prevent creases in leather

• Keep moisture away from bag – use silica gel sachets where possible

• Never place your bag on the floor when you are out. Use a handbag hook or place on your lap or chair to minimise germs

• To keep patents bright and shiny use Mr Sheen or similar

• Keep nappa leathers supple and clean with a good quality leather conditioner

• Suedes/nubucks will benefit from a good quality spray-on protector

• Save wear and tear on you and your bag by not overloading it - 3kgs is way too much!

• Some stains and scuff marks can be removed with a gentle rub using a clean pencil eraser

• Remember ink and leather do not mix. Always retract your pen or replace cap before storing in your bag.
